The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 2819 -- “A BILL to amend and reenact §11-12-19 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §11-15-8b of said code, all relating to the taxation of contractors; defining terms; clarifying business registration requirements of nonresident contractors and subcontractors; clarifying registration and bonding requirements for nonresident contractors and subcontractors for the purpose of the consumer sales and service and use taxes; increasing the required bond amount for nonresident contractors and subcontractors for consumer sales and service and use taxes; and adding municipal consumer sales and use taxes and special district excise taxes to the list of taxes to be calculated and paid before a bond may be released.”
